Cucumbers In Herbed Yogurt
|
Ingredients
1 large cucumber; thinly sliced
Boiling water
2 cups lowfat yogurt
3 tbsp. fresh basil; minced
2 tbsp. fresh mint; minced
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1 clove garlic; minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pour boiling water over cucumbers; drain and dry. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and chill for 24 hours. 8 Servings
