Broccoli Spears and Yellow Squash
|
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli; cut into spears
1 medium yellow squash; cut in quarter inch half moon slices
2 tb olive oil
1 clove garlic; pressed
1/2 ts oregano
3/4 ts salt
Steam broccoli and squash together until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients; toss with vegetables and serve.
